I was scouted to become a police officer while working for a major Japanese company, and after retiring, I obtained national certification and started my own business. Since then, I have repeatedly started my own businesses while providing advisory services to major companies and helping companies go public, without being limited by my qualifications.
When I was a police officer, I encountered a deaf-mute who remarked that he received neither government welfare nor a disability pension, and that the only way for him to survive was to continue stealing. We thought that in order to solve the problem of needy people from the root, we must spread awareness of the various social insurance systems and laws and regulations, which the government agencies have not been able to do.
When I was working as a nationally certified labor and social security attorney and administrative scrivener specializing in labor and administrative law, I was confronted with the actual number of homeless people hiding in parks and under elevated railway tracks, which was not even grasped by administrative agencies, and deviated from the number announced by the government by a large margin. Most of them had resigned from their jobs due to troubles at their companies and were unable to find new employment. We felt that it was impossible to solve the problem fundamentally by assisting and advising small and medium-sized companies with their administrative procedures, as our colleagues had done in the past.
After that, we expanded our work to consulting for major companies, but the major companies had more difficult and complicated issues to deal with, such as troubles with labor unions that abused their rights, which became bogged down and the troubles grew bigger.
Since I have experience in starting businesses and buyouts overseas, my clients have included business owners going from Japan to do business overseas and foreign companies sending workers from overseas to Japan, and the labor issues that arise around foreign workers add another layer of complexity.
Through this experience, I realized that it is very difficult to solve workers' problems in a drastic manner. It is clear that workers' rights, which have been historically oppressed, are still an extremely difficult problem to solve, and even though they are guaranteed to the fullest extent by the world's constitutions, no one in the world has found a way to find a drastic solution to this problem.
This is why I decided to start my own company, with the aim of solving the world's labor problems in a way that no one has ever done before in history.
How to fundamentally solve labor problems around the world,
- To disseminate a correct understanding of the laws, regulations and systems that exist for the needy by making them aware of every detail.
- Broadly and correctly grasp the actual situation of workers not grasped by the government.
- If there is a gap between the actual situation and government policies, activities to fill it
- Identify and solve problems for each worker.
- We also understand and resolve concerns that companies have about their workers.
- Provide management support to companies to promote sustainable growth
- Understand various laws and regulations and help strengthen corporate governance systems including legal, tax, accounting, and
- Provide consulting services to accurately grasp the actual situation of labor unions and determine what they should be.
- Eliminate unnecessary stress between labor and management as a loose cord connecting workers and employers
- Eliminate unnecessary strikes and union operating costs to make them more effective
There are too many issues to list, and all of them need to be solved by utilizing the power of ever-evolving technology.
Therefore, we must solve as many issues as possible at the same time to achieve a drastic solution at the level we are aiming for.
As of July 2024, we have already achieved a trade union that no one had ever thought of before, which has made it possible for us to achieve a drastic solution to our labor problems.
As mentioned at the beginning, our consulting services, which continue to evolve from our experience of seeing labor problems from a broader perspective than anyone else, and from our experience of solving problems from all angles for all positions, have radically solved highly difficult problems and have been provided to a very large number of clients despite their high prices. We have been providing our services to a large number of clients for a long time.
We are able to consult with both labor unions and employers, whose interests at first glance may not seem to coincide, and to solve the problems of individual workers because we understand and are familiar with various laws and regulations, but we also have a keen awareness of the needy, whom no one knows about.
Labor issues cannot be solved by corporate consulting or technology alone. Corporate consulting is often seen as a way to force a company's position on workers and labor unions, thus fostering an unbalanced position.
Technology has also been created for the benefit of corporations, creating new worker-ness issues such as Uber delivery workers who work in the gaps, and mental health issues due to overwork. While technology gives workers more freedom of choice, it also brings with it the danger of becoming a new cog in the wheel of labor.
To resolve this situation, we need an entity that can provide impartial consulting to the company, workers, and labor union. Fair judgment and a sense of justice are essential for that person.
We are committed to addressing issues that GAFAA has not been able to solve, and as Asians, we will continue to offer solutions to the challenges posed by religion and skin color in labor issues.
