The Company is pleased to announce the establishment of a new shareholder special benefit program.
The Company has been providing health care and beauty services such as "Sakai Osteopathic Clinic," "Speed Facial" and "Karada Labo" throughout Japan, offering specialized and reproducible treatment programs to alleviate physical ailments, improve posture, and provide care in the beauty field.
This program is designed to provide preferential treatment experiences to our shareholders as an opportunity to experience our business and services.

Shareholders who hold at least 100 shares of the Company's common stock as of December 31 of each year - Distribution of Special Benefit Coupons
We plan to distribute the information once a year.
The number of sheets distributed and their contents will be determined at the Company's discretion based on the situation each year.
For the year 2026, we plan to distribute a uniform number of 6 cards to eligible shareholders.
*The details of this shareholder special benefit program (number of shares to be distributed, conditions, etc.) may be changed or discontinued at the Company's discretion depending on future circumstances. - Application Procedures
During the application period, please access the special application form for this preferential treatment system, which will be separately announced by the Company, and enter your name, e-mail address, and other necessary information.
When applying, you will be required to submit documents proving that you are a shareholder eligible for the special benefit.
The Company plans to open the initial application period from February to March 2026.
Determination of eligibility for special benefits is based on stock ownership as of December 31, 2025. - Terms of Use and Precautions
The coupons cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be reissued.
Selling, transferring, or using for commercial purposes to a third party is prohibited.
These coupons have no monetary value.
