Founder & Vision Leader

I was scouted to become a police officer while working for a major Japanese company, and after retiring, I obtained national certification and started my own business. Since then, I have repeatedly started my own businesses while providing advisory services to major companies and helping companies go public, without being limited by my qualifications.

When I was a police officer, I encountered a deaf-mute who remarked that he received neither government welfare nor a disability pension, and that the only way for him to survive was to continue stealing. We thought that in order to solve the problem of needy people from the root, we must spread awareness of the various social insurance systems and laws and regulations, which the government agencies have not been able to do.

When I was working as a nationally certified labor and social security attorney and administrative scrivener specializing in labor and administrative law, I was confronted with the actual number of homeless people hiding in parks and under elevated railway tracks, which was not even grasped by administrative agencies, and deviated from the number announced by the government by a large margin. Most of them had resigned from their jobs due to troubles at their companies and were unable to find new employment. We felt that it was impossible to solve the problem fundamentally by assisting and advising small and medium-sized companies with their administrative procedures, as our colleagues had done in the past.

After that, we expanded our work to consulting for major companies, but the major companies had more difficult and complicated issues to deal with, such as troubles with labor unions that abused their rights, which became bogged down and the troubles grew bigger.

Since I have experience in starting businesses and buyouts overseas, my clients have included business owners going from Japan to do business overseas and foreign companies sending workers from overseas to Japan, and the labor issues that arise around foreign workers add another layer of complexity.

Through this experience, I realized that it is very difficult to solve workers' problems in a drastic manner. It is clear that workers' rights, which have been historically oppressed, are still an extremely difficult problem to solve, and even though they are guaranteed to the fullest extent by the world's constitutions, no one in the world has found a way to find a drastic solution to this problem.

This is why I decided to start my own company, with the aim of solving the world's labor problems in a way that no one has ever done before in history.

How to fundamentally solve labor problems around the world,

  • To disseminate a correct understanding of the laws, regulations and systems that exist for the needy by making them aware of every detail.
  • Broadly and correctly grasp the actual situation of workers not grasped by the government.
  • If there is a gap between the actual situation and government policies, activities to fill it
  • Identify and solve problems for each worker.
  • We also understand and resolve concerns that companies have about their workers.
  • Provide management support to companies to promote sustainable growth
  • Understand various laws and regulations and help strengthen corporate governance systems including legal, tax, accounting, and
  • Provide consulting services to accurately grasp the actual situation of labor unions and determine what they should be.
  • Eliminate unnecessary stress between labor and management as a loose cord connecting workers and employers
  • Eliminate unnecessary strikes and union operating costs to make them more effective

There are too many issues to list, and all of them need to be solved by utilizing the power of ever-evolving technology.

Therefore, we must solve as many issues as possible at the same time to achieve a drastic solution at the level we are aiming for.

As of July 2024, we have already achieved a trade union that no one had ever thought of before, which has made it possible for us to achieve a drastic solution to our labor problems.

As mentioned at the beginning, our consulting services, which continue to evolve from our experience of seeing labor problems from a broader perspective than anyone else, and from our experience of solving problems from all angles for all positions, have radically solved highly difficult problems and have been provided to a very large number of clients despite their high prices. We have been providing our services to a large number of clients for a long time.

We are able to consult with both labor unions and employers, whose interests at first glance may not seem to coincide, and to solve the problems of individual workers because we understand and are familiar with various laws and regulations, but we also have a keen awareness of the needy, whom no one knows about.

Labor issues cannot be solved by corporate consulting or technology alone. Corporate consulting is often seen as a way to force a company's position on workers and labor unions, thus fostering an unbalanced position.

Technology has also been created for the benefit of corporations, creating new worker-ness issues such as Uber delivery workers who work in the gaps, and mental health issues due to overwork. While technology gives workers more freedom of choice, it also brings with it the danger of becoming a new cog in the wheel of labor.

To resolve this situation, we need an entity that can provide impartial consulting to the company, workers, and labor union. Fair judgment and a sense of justice are essential for that person.

We are committed to addressing issues that GAFAA has not been able to solve, and as Asians, we will continue to offer solutions to the challenges posed by religion and skin color in labor issues.

Appointed as Director, Founder & Vision Leader of rYojbaba Inc.

Greetings from Representative

My name is Takayuki Nakano, and I have been appointed as Representative Director of rYojbaba Inc.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our shareholders, business partners, and stakeholders for their continued support of our company.

Under the leadership of Founder & Vision Leader Ryoji Ubaba (former President and current Director), the Company has been confronting head-on the various social issues surrounding labor and pursuing a better way of life for workers, employers, labor unions, and society as a whole. We have been pursuing a better way for workers, employers, labor unions, and society as a whole.
I will continue to carry on the philosophy that BABARA has upheld and nurtured, "to seek radical solutions to labor problems around the world, without being bound by existing frameworks," as the cornerstone of our company.

This change of representative director is not merely a personnel change, but a strategic decision to maximize the value of our company. Bamba, who has served as our representative director until now, is by no means retreating from the front lines of management, but rather is being freed from the existing framework. He will now step away from the constraints of day-to-day operations and concentrate on his original role as Founder and Vision Leader, which is to create an unparalleled vision and global influence.

Bamba continues to be a symbol of our company, a source of ideas, and a designer of the future. The value of his presence will not be compromised in any way; rather, it will be elevated to a higher level. In addition, I, who am well versed in practical business affairs, will assume the role of representative director, thereby clearly separating vision and execution and achieving a purer and stronger management structure.

Modern labor issues are more than just personnel and labor issues.
It is a complex and multi-layered combination of poverty, lack of understanding of the system, disparities in employment opportunities, the environment surrounding foreign workers, gaps in recognition between labor and management, and even corporate governance issues, including legal, tax, and accounting issues.

Therefore, in order to solve problems, it is essential not only to address individual issues, but also to take a viewpoint that promotes systems, understanding of actual conditions, management support, governance enhancement, and the use of technology as a whole.

I have dealt with many companies in practice across legal, labor, tax, and management support.
What I have strongly felt through this experience is that in order to essentially solve labor-related issues, it is necessary to build an effective and sustainable system that is not biased toward one side, either the company, the workers, or the labor union, but rather looks at the whole picture.

This new structure is the very structure that will accelerate our growth, and I am here to make it clear that this is a decision that truly embodies our social responsibility as a Nasdaq-listed company and will make this year a year of great strides and change.

We will continue to provide services that contribute to the advancement of corporate management, labor-management relations, and governance by spreading a correct understanding of laws, regulations, and systems, accurately grasping the actual situation in the field, and filling gaps with administrative measures as needed.

We also believe that our important mission for the future is not only to solve issues within Japan, but also to grow into a company that can contribute to society more broadly, transcending differences in countries, regions, cultures, and systems.
To this end, we will not only deepen our existing businesses, but also further accelerate our global expansion and aggressively take on challenges in new areas.
