(Nasdaq: RYOJ, the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with the International Labor Union (\"ILU\") for comprehensive international labor support and union management infrastructure, effective October 1, 2025. The agreement is effective as of October 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since prior to our listing on Nasdaq, we have been developing a new framework for supporting international trade unions based on a union fee-free model.
After listing, we began working with Guardian Girls International, a U.S. NGO, and are expanding our contacts with UN-related organizations (ILO, UNU, etc.).
This contract builds on these international partnerships and expands the traditional domestic-centered trade union support model to a global trade union support model that includes technical interns, specified skills, and migrant workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main types of assistance we provide are as follows
