Even a Red Notice is not an international arrest warrant, but rather a request for international cooperation addressed to law enforcement authorities in various countries.
How they are ultimately handled is determined by the laws of each country.
And INTERPOL's international cooperation system has its own rules and human rights principles.
That is why we support INTERPOL.
Questioning whether criminal procedures taken for granted in Japan are also taken for granted around the world.
